Helping Our Community

Sigma Phi Gamma International Sorority, Inc. is a non-profit friendship and service sorority. We are not college based. SPG is a wonderful outlet for single women, married women, Moms of all ages and empty-nesters. We DO have members from all age groups. We have chapters in the United States and Canada.

SPG gives members an opportunity to meet and make new friends. SPG gives members the opportunity to serve their communities in projects that really make a difference. Many hands can take on a larger service project than one individual. Chapters select their own local projects.

Each chapter belongs to a local area Province. All Provinces have their own service projects. Also as an International organization we work together in support of larger projects, voted on by our membership. SPG's current International Project is The National Brain Tumor Society.

Some recent Province projects:

Alpha - (central IN) Helping Hands, a women's shelter. New appliances were purchased with a combination of funds donated by each member in the Province and additional funds from the local chapter.

Beta - (northern IN) Trooper's Teddies - Bears to be given to children during accidents or family altercations

Delta - (OH-MI-CANADA) Penrickton Center for Blind Children
